Our Junior High mid-week ministry typically runs every Thursday night from 7-9 pm. The schedule rotates between Gathering nights (with games, worship, and teaching), fun events, and small group nights. Often, the events and small groups can be off-site. We recognize that the years between elementary school and senior high are some of the most transformative in one's life. We prioritize this by having a specific interactive teaching time during our services for Junior High. The students stay in the adult service for the worship portion (preparing them for fuller participation in church as they grow up). Then, during the sermon portion, they are dismissed for JH Conversations.
(Please note that on Saturday PM, Grade 5s are included in JH Conversations)

For over 25 years, SunWest has been sending a group of High School students and leaders to build houses in Mexico.  Over the years, we have partnered with Amor Ministries to build well over 130 houses!
